What results can I expect from Private Mindset Coaching?
Goalies/ Players who train with Pete Fry or a PF Certified Mindset coach can expect to experience significant improvements in confidence, focus, and resilience. Clients will develop powerful visualization routines and a clear, actionable path to reaching their career aspirations.
What is a good age to start mindset training?
We recommend starting mindset coaching at age 10. Goalies/Players ages 10–12 work with a Certified Mindset Coach, while those 13+ can choose to work with a Certified Coach or directly with Pete Fry.
